San Antonio Diablos is San Antonio’s GLBT-friendly Flag Football Team. It is open to anyone, whether you have played football before or never played.
San Antonio, along with Dallas, Houston, Tyler and Austin, make up the Lone Star Flag Football Conference. We joined the National Gay Flag Football League in 2009 and played in their championship tournament – Gay Bowl IX (Washington DC). The Diablos will represent San Antonio in this year’s Gay Bowl X in Phoenix (Oct 6-11). Additionally, the team plays in a monthly tournament against the Texas teams in preparation for the Gay Bowl.
Practice is on Saturdays at Medical Center (11:00am) unless the team is participating in volunteering for a local organization or in a social event. Please check the Games & Events for a list of upcoming events!
